Two formulas. One daily step.
Take 1 Botanical capsule + 1 Probiotic capsule daily, for up to seven days.
The pack directions allow an increase to 2 Botanical + 2 Probiotic capsules daily. Do not exceed 4 capsules in 24 hours or seven days of use.
Your box contains 14 Botanical + 14 Probiotic capsules. That is enough for two seven-day routines at the standard serving, or one seven-day routine at the maximum serving.
Follow all pack warnings. Do not extend a routine beyond seven days because capsules remain.

Cranberry Anti-Adhesion
Certain cranberry compounds, called PACs, have been studied for their ability to make it harder for bacteria to attach to the bladder lining. Each Botanical capsule provides 36 mg PACs, alongside heather, uva ursi, and vitamin B2.
LR06 Biotic Conditioning
Our Probiotic capsule contains 6 billion CFU of Lactobacillus rhamnosus LR06, which has demonstrated inhibition of E. coli growth in laboratory studies. Biotic Conditioning is our name for this probiotic side of the system.

What should I expect?
Follow the box directions: take 1 Botanical + 1 Probiotic capsule daily for up to seven days. Do not exceed 2 Botanical + 2 Probiotic capsules in 24 hours. The label does not specify a number of days to start before travel or another event.

The design is attractive and professional. The size is compact and convenient for storage and travel. The assembly of the product is well thought out, with two clearly separated formulas: botanical and probiotic capsules. Each capsule is individually sealed, making the product easy to organize and use. The durability of the packaging seems good, and the individual seals help protect the capsules until they are opened. The materials and ingredient information are clearly listed on the box. Overall, I appreciate the thoughtful design and convenient packaging.
I would recommend this product! Both the probiotic and botanical are normal sized capsules. Not too big, so easy to take. There are no bad aftertastes which is great! I can’t fully comment on the effects of the botanicals since I currently don’t have an UTI symptoms but I take a daily probiotic and this product is a great replacement to the current product I use!
Kaia Relief urinary duo unfortunately was not for me. I may have just had a sensitive stomach when I tried the produce, but even with the probiotic, I didn't feel very good after taking it. I tried for a few days and did notice any difference. I will say, the produce was very easy to use, and the materials and packaging looked very nice. The pills were easy to take and the instructions were easy to follow.
I’m so happy I found Kaia Relief Urinary Duo. After having kids, I struggled with bathroom urgency and just some balance issues. This product is amazing. I love that it combines botanicals and probiotics into one easy supplement. It’s been a terrific addition to my daily routine and I HIGHLY recommend it if you’re needing extra urinary support!
For capsules, these are on the smaller side and easy to ingest. I have noticed more frequent trips to the restroom and clearer than usual output.
So far so good! I have no complaints about these and I remember to take them daily. They aren't too large, so I can down then well with a glass of water. I like how the packaging tells you which is the probiotic and which is urinary supplement. I take both at the same time. No bad aftertaste either. Recommend!

I love this product! I enjoy taking supplements and these are on point. The instructions are clear and it made me feel better. The size of the pills are normal and didn’t leave any after taste. It doesn’t have smell which I like.
No harsh flavors or smell to either of the probiotic or botanical! I can’t make any statement on how effective the Kaia Urinary Duo is, as I’m not currently experiencing any urinary issues, but the product also hasn’t caused any problems either!

When a uti hits me it is so uncomfortable. When I took this last time I had a uti it helped tremendously. I hate taking pills but this is something I can manage

After giving birth to my second child, i started experiencing frequent urination, urinary urgency, and sometimes urinary, incontinence. I also often experience a burning sensation around the vaginal opening when I urinate, especially immediately after sexual intercouse. I have been taking Kaia Relief Urinary Duo for five days. So far, I haven’t noticed any significant improvement in my urinary sympstoms, but i do feel that my vaginal area feels cleaner and fresher.

Urinary health can be affected for many reasons and it is good to know that there is a supplement like this. The pills come in a size that makes them very easy to swallow and the box clearly explains how to take, in addition, it shows clear details of its composition and how it works.
I started taking these a week ago and already feel so much better. I have been having some lower abdominal pain while using the rest room and I feel a big difference. I take the two kinds together and drank plenty of water. The package is easy to open and can be carried in my purse and doesn’t take up much space.
I have always taken a cranberry supplement after intercourse for awhile now. I was prone to UTIs and typically if I took one I was good. I really like that this product has cranberry extract but other beneficial properties like the riboflavin and heather extract. My favorite part is the probiotic though. Probiotics are so beneficial for urinary health that the fact it comes packed with this I won’t forget to take it and it just adds extra defense. The pills themselves aren’t big and bulky like other cranberry supplements. It’s designed to hold the powders and is simple to swallow with liquid. Don’t try to swallow them without liquid though they will stick. Overall I like this product and will continue to use them when I feel at risk for UTI.
