Who is Urinary Duo intended for?
Urinary Duo is formulated for adult women who want a cranberry-based Botanical formula paired with a separately identified Probiotic formula. It is a short-term dietary supplement, with use limited to seven consecutive days. Check the precautions below to decide whether it is suitable for you. It is not a treatment for a urinary tract infection (UTI).
When should I use it, and when should I seek medical care?
Use Urinary Duo only for short-term supplementation, following the pack directions and suitability precautions. If urinary symptoms are the reason you are considering it, seek medical advice first.
Contact a healthcare professional promptly for burning when you urinate, frequent or intense urges, or other possible UTI symptoms. Seek urgent care for fever or chills, pain in your back or side, nausea or vomiting, or feeling very unwell with urinary symptoms. If you are pregnant and have possible UTI symptoms, contact your pregnancy-care provider right away. Do not wait to finish a course or increase your dose to manage worsening symptoms.

Why are the formulas separate?
The two capsules contain different formulas. The Botanical capsule contains cranberry, heather and uva ursi extracts with vitamin B2. The Probiotic capsule contains the named strain Lactobacillus rhamnosus LR06.
Separate capsules make it clear what each formula contains and how much you are taking. Both capsule types are individually sealed, with their ingredients and amounts listed above. Follow the directions for both capsule types.
How long can I take it, and can I repeat a course?
Use for no more than seven consecutive days. Do not extend use because capsules remain in the box, or automatically start another course when a monthly delivery arrives.
Ask a clinician or pharmacist before repeating a course. They can advise whether another course is appropriate and how long to wait, taking your health, medicines and the uva ursi ingredient into account. If symptoms persist or return, seek assessment rather than treating that as a reason to restart the supplement.
What should I check before use?
Review the full ingredient list on the pack, including capsule ingredients, if you have allergies. The Botanical formula contains uva ursi (bearberry): do not use if you have kidney disease. This product is intended for adults.
Consult a clinician or pharmacist before use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, take medicines or other supplements, or have a medical condition. Mention blood thinners such as warfarin specifically. Because the other capsule contains live probiotic organisms, seek medical advice before use if you have a weakened immune system or are seriously ill. Stop use and seek advice if you develop an adverse reaction.

How does monthly delivery work?

Monthly delivery is a shipping schedule, not an instruction to take Urinary Duo every day or repeat a course every month. Use is limited to seven consecutive days; ask a clinician or pharmacist before another course. Skip or cancel before your next charge in your account. How do I take Urinary Duo?
Take 1 Botanical capsule and 1 Probiotic capsule daily for up to seven consecutive days. On harder days, you may take up to 2 Botanical + 2 Probiotic capsules in 24 hours. Do not exceed this amount. This is short-term use, not an everyday supplement for the whole month.
Why are there 28 capsules in a box?
Each box contains 14 Botanical and 14 Probiotic capsules. That covers seven days even at the maximum of 2 Botanical + 2 Probiotic capsules daily. A larger capsule count does not mean extending use beyond seven consecutive days.
Is Urinary Duo a substitute for antibiotics?
No. Urinary Duo is a dietary supplement, not a replacement for medical treatment. If you suspect an infection or symptoms are severe, persistent, or worsening, consult your healthcare provider. Do not wait to finish a seven-day routine before seeking care.
