These were wonderful. I didn’t expect to get so many in the package. It is thin and easy to store in a purse or backpack. These work great for direct issues like back or menstrual cramps. I didn’t really even notice I had it on because it was so lightweight and thin. Lasted a while for comfort.

I have regular uterine cramps so I was excited to try the Kaia Relief Cramp Patches. First, the package comes with 6 patches and they’re surprisingly big which I appreciate. The design on them is pretty and there doesn’t appear to be any weird or unnecessary ingredients. I put this on at bedtime. It sticks well and stayed in place all night. Unfortunately I didn’t notice any relief to my lower abdomen. I was hoping for a warming sensation but felt nothing. Also, removing the patch was a bit uncomfortable as it pulled out hair. I really like the idea of these and feel the brand is good but didn’t care for these patches.

The kama relief cramp patch is thin and smell like herbs. Once put on my back, my husband said it looks like a tattoo. I was actually surprise it stayed in the same spot all day without peeling or moving. However, the questions is, does it work? Not for me, i didn't feel like it helped with anything aside from being on my back.

I used it on my first day of cycle. I usually get bad cramps at the beginning. I put one on before the cramp starts and didn’t feel a thing the entire 12 hours I had it on. The patch is pretty thin and sticks to the skin very well. I sometimes forgot I even had it on. I showered with it on and it is still in tact as it is part of the skin. It does have a medicated scent to it at the beginning, but less noticeable as time goes by. I don’t mind the scent as I am expecting it. Highly recommended.

Incredible scent! As soon as you tear open the package this strong yet soothing smell is present. The colors of the packaging and patches are so cute, very aesthetic. Once the adhesive backing is taken off be careful that it doesn’t fold because it is extremely sticky; which is great for wear. This patch stayed on all day with no problem at all, no rolling, nothing. It is so slim you forget it’s there, it is extremely comfortable under clothes. Taking it off was painless despite its extreme stickiness. Overall it did help with cramping discomfort on and off throughout the day.

The Kaia Relief Cramp Patch has beautiful, practical packaging and discreet design. The instructions are easy to follow, and I like the botanical ingredients. It is designed to provide up to 12 hours of comfort. I’m still testing its performance and results, but my first impression is positive.

This is a really cool product! I love the scent of it and I do think it helped alleviate some of my cramps. It’s also nice that it’s so discreet and can be worn under clothing while you go about your day. Only downside is that it hurts a lot to peel off - feels like ripping off a bandaid.

I got this little pack of colic patches just when they needed them most... they are easy to use and the best thing that they stick very well... so making sure where you want to put the patch on is essential because if you take it off to place it elsewhere it hurts. But the patch is very nice and works.

The flexibility of the material was okay, if it stretched too far it would rip, the fabric was uncomfortable at first and it left a dark outline from the sticky residue that stuck to the skin and hurt a lot when taking off.

Is really good for pain relief I used for my hard women’s days every month and help me a lot .. have essential oils and arnica that help a to much for recovery

I absolutely love these cramp Patches. They don’t stink and smell citrusy. I like how small they are and very discrete. Highly recommend if you get bad periods like me

I used this cramp patch during the start of my period when I tend to experience the most cramping. However, I really didn’t feel a difference at all in terms of alleviation of pain or discomfort. Upon applying it, I did smell some of the aromatic scents that come from the ginger eucalyptus, orange peel, and lavender that is infused into the patch, which was nice, but in terms of the patch relieving any pelvic discomfort, I did not find it to be effective. The package comes with 6 patches and the patch did stay on, though the glue made it painful to remove. The patch blends well with my skin color, and overall, while I like the idea behind wearing it, I didn’t find it to serve its purpose.

This product is so cute and perfect for if you’re tired of taking advil for cramps. I always get bad cramps and love that this helps with the pain and is natural. The packaging is super cute too!

I used this yesterday on my period and it works! Definitely provides comfort for cramping! I wore it on my lower abdomen at work and i had no problems with it!

I’ve been using Arnica oil to soothe my aches and pains for years. I appreciate this product’s ability to provide targeted relief using Arnica Boswellia, ginger and essential oils. The patch fragrance is divine. My first attempt to remove the patch from the backing resulted in me sticking the patch together and I couldn’t get it apart. I’d recommend peeling back a corner, positioning it where you want it on your body and then slowly, removing the patch from the backing to ensure it doesn’t stick to itself. The patch itself is very lightweight and comfortable to wear where you’re feeling discomfort. I found it soothing for menstrual cramps. I will continue using these patches to alleviate my symptoms.

The design of these patches are so pretty. I love the floral touch. The smell is not overpowering. And it’s very discreet (I was able to place it on my postpartum belly easily). I can barely tell it’s there. I’m almost 8 months postpartum and getting my menstrual cycle back slowly as my baby is eating more solids, which means more cramping. These are a nice way to avoid medication.

I love how long it last and how it feels on my skin. When I took it off it didn’t leave any residue and its design is perfect for what it was intended. Overall love this so much!

These patches were really easy to use and did relieve period cramps when wearing. The patches are flexible, soft, and do stay on the skin without bunching or shifting while wearing. These patches were worn on the lower belly below the navel, and were easily covered by clothing. There was no skin reaction, redness, itching, drying, or difficulty removing during use. We did not need to wear on the back but could have easily been placed to relieve back cramping. My daughter and I both tried these and we both did experience comfort from the botanical blend for cramp relief. Overall, I rate these a 4 as my daughter did have to take pain relief during her period (which she typically does) so it may just have been “habit” for her. I did not need additional pain relief during use. Give these a try!
