How to use
Take Cycle System daily for nine days each cycle: the seven days before your period and the first two days of your period. Take 1 Day capsule in the morning and 1 Night capsule in the evening.
On harder days within that window, you may take 2 Day capsules in the morning and 2 Night capsules in the evening. Do not exceed 4 capsules in 24 hours. This is a nine-day routine, not an everyday supplement for the whole month.
Each box contains 28 capsules: 14 Day + 14 Night. Your nine-day routine uses 18 capsules at 1 Day + 1 Night daily. The 10 extra capsules let you take 2 Day + 2 Night on up to five of those nine days, if needed. You do not need to use the higher amount every day.
How does it work?
Because every cycle is different and some days hit harder than others–Cycle System gives you the flexibility to adjust your dose based on how you’re feeling, unlike one-size-fits-all solutions. Take your regular daily dose for baseline support or increase to the maximum recommended dose on more difficult days.

Loved this product! Came at just the right timing. I start taking it because I knew I was about to start within the week. I helped me not feel so irritable before starting. I will definitely start using every month. I like that it's vitamins helping through the process.
I wasn’t sure what to expect from this product at the beginning so just started taking it a week prior to my period start day and here is what I’ve noticed. I didn’t feel any cramps couple days prior and couple days into my period but what really impressed me was the change in my emotions. I tend to get irritated easy and being little extra on “those” days and this time around I was calm and happy so yeah definitely 5 stars! The ingredients are natural as well and easy to use.
Received three boxes , each with a fourteen day supply. So far I have used it for three days and I’ve noticed a slight change and bloating. I would like to try it for a longer period of time to be able to tell the difference.
I took this product twice a day (morning and night) during my menstrual cycle. TBH I can’t tell if it works. I had cramps during the day and took an additional morning pill. That seemed to help. However, anyone with cramps knows they come and go so the timing is questionable. The pills themselves are a bit large and the morning licorice-like flavor tends to sit in my throat. A note to product users, start a week BEFORE your period as the box instructs. This is my first cycle with the supplements and will update when it has been in my system longer. This product was receive in exchange for my honest review.
Their portability is great you can bring them with you in the bag, they are very compact to transport, you feel much better about your period, zero inflammation, I am a person who suffered a lot from colic inflammation before and during my period, this has made me feel great, the best maintenance for my body before and during, I loved them. I was not sure what to expect with this product. I honestly can’t tell if it works or not but it seemed to lessen my symptoms during my period. It’s hard for me to plan to take things in the days leading up to my period because my cycle is very irregular but it did help me sleep better and I didn’t feel as irritable or wiped out

This product looks super cool and helpful. Not only does it support cramps, bloating and water retention, but it helps with irritability on your period and when you PMS. I got this a few days ago and it is perfect for me because I am currently on my period. I love that It is just one pill a morning and one a night and it will help during that time of the month!
I came back from vacation and I had a lot of water retention that my body felt so swollen. I started taking these as soon as I got back home and they helped me within the first week. Also cramps haven’t been as bad as usual. I would strongly recommend their products.

I started using it on the first day of my period, and it has made such a difference. It tastes really good, like orange, and it has made my period so much better. I was in a lot of pain at the beginning of my period, and once I take it, it gives me the relief I need.
First of all I love the packaging of this product and the simple day and night suggested use of the capsules. I love the ingredients and the fact that I can take this product with my migraine medication and not have any interactions between the two. I’ve been taking this product for about three days now and I have noticed that I am not as bloated, I am not as irritable, and I have not had nearly as much cramping as I typically do. So in my opinion this product performs very well and does what it claims to do! I would definitely continue using this to help with that time of month because so far it is very reliable and easy to take. The capsules are lightweight and slim and there is no awful aftertaste so 10/10.
I was a little cautious either this. But I’m surprised a d happy. It’s a very powerful supplement. I typically do get acne in that specific spot but this time I didn’t. I’m not bloated not as irritable. France knows what up.
I received this for free in exchange for my honest review. I’ve been taking these supplements for nearly 2 weeks now and honestly I’m very impressed by it. I would have bloating and gas issues daily, but after taking these I don’t have much bloating or gas anymore. The morning pills are a bit spicy smelling from the pepper/turmeric but it is easy to swallow. It also makes me feel very calm after taking it. The night pills are lemony. I’m not sure if it has much effect though. The only thing I’m a bit concerned about is that the morning ones contain vitex, which may or may not mess with my cycle. Overall these are great with the exception of the price

It is meant to be a period health supplement but I didn’t find anything helpful. Nothing changed it didn’t make me less bloated. I was so excited to try this and it genuinely made me sad. I’ll give it another shot next month
