Take Cycle System daily for nine days each cycle: the seven days before your period and the first two days of your period. Take 1 Day capsule in the morning and 1 Night capsule in the evening.

On harder days within that window, you may take 2 Day capsules in the morning and 2 Night capsules in the evening. Do not exceed 4 capsules in 24 hours. This is a nine-day routine, not an everyday supplement for the whole month.

Each box contains 28 capsules: 14 Day + 14 Night. Your nine-day routine uses 18 capsules at 1 Day + 1 Night daily. The 10 extra capsules let you take 2 Day + 2 Night on up to five of those nine days, if needed. You do not need to use the higher amount every day.

Take 1 Botanical capsule and 1 Probiotic capsule daily. If you need more support, you can take up to 2 Botanical + 2 Probiotic capsules in 24 hours. Urinary Duo is designed for short, targeted use of up to 7 consecutive days, not ongoing daily supplementation.

Peel the patch from its backing and apply to clean, dry, intact skin on your lower abdomen or lower back. Wear up to two patches at the same time, for up to 12 hours each. Remove sooner if irritation occurs. Each patch is single-use.

Apply the patch to the lower abdomen or lower back, directly over the area where you feel cramping. Always apply to clean, dry, unbroken skin. Avoid placing the patch on broken or irritated skin, near the eyes or mouth, on freshly shaved skin, or over open wounds. Don’t apply to the chest, neck, or face. If you experience irritation, remove the patch and discontinue use.

Yes. Cycle System, Urinary Duo, and the Cramp Patch are formulated to work alongside each other. Many women take Cycle System through their PMS window and add Urinary Duo during a urinary discomfort episode, and the Cramp Patch can be used with either supplement. If you take medication or have a diagnosed condition, check with your healthcare provider before combining products.

Kaia Relief supplements are dietary supplements, not medications. If you take hormonal birth control, have a hormonal IUD, or use any hormonal therapy, talk to your healthcare provider before starting any Kaia Relief supplement so they can review the full ingredient list with your specific situation in mind.

Kaia Relief supplements and the Cramp Patch aren’t pain medications and aren’t designed to replace them. Many women use over-the-counter pain relievers as needed alongside their supplement routine. As with any combination of products, talk to your healthcare provider if you take pain relievers regularly, take prescription medication, or have a diagnosed condition.

Yes. Every supplement batch is tested for heavy metals (lead, cadmium, arsenic, mercury, hexavalent chromium) using ICP-MS, screened for microbial purity (E. coli, Salmonella, yeast, mold, gram-negative bacteria, total aerobic count) using European Pharmacopoeia methods, and measured for vitamin, mineral, and probiotic content. A 24-month stability study started in August 2026 and we publish each reading as it arrives. Certificates of Analysis are on our Transparency Hub.

Our supplement capsules and tablets are free from gluten, dairy, soy, nuts, and eggs. The capsules use HPMC, a plant-based vegetable capsule. The Probiotic capsule in Urinary Duo contains a Lactobacillus strain that may not be suitable for strict vegans depending on the culture medium. Full ingredient lists are printed on every box and available on each product page. If you have a specific allergy, check the label or contact us.

We currently ship to addresses in the continental United States. At launch, we don’t ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations. We’re working on expanding — join our email list to be the first to know when we ship to your area.

Shipping is free on all subscription orders, always. Shipping is also free on one-time orders of $45.00 or more. Orders under $45.00 ship for a flat $8.00. The exact total is shown at checkout before you pay.

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Standard delivery takes 3 to 7 business days from the day your order ships. You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is on its way. Delivery windows are estimates — carrier delays do happen, especially around holidays.

First, check your tracking link for the most recent update. If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you can’t find it, check with neighbors and your building’s mail room — packages occasionally end up next door. If it’s been more than 7 business days since shipping with no update, or if your package shows as delivered but isn’t there, email us at support@kaiarelief.com and we’ll sort it out.

Email us at support@kaiarelief.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage. We’ll replace the affected items at no cost to you. You don’t need to return the damaged product.

Your first order is covered by our 30-day satisfaction guarantee — first order only, full refund, no return required except for the 3-Month Program. For that program, return unopened months 2 and 3, the heat pad and Kaia bag at your expense. After that, we accept returns of unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method (less original shipping). Opened items aren’t returnable on subsequent orders, except in cases of damage, defect, or shipping error.

If your first Kaia Relief order isn't right for you, email support@kaiarelief.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund the product price, original shipping and tax to your original payment method. No return is required except for the first 3-Month Program order: return unopened months 2 and 3, the heat pad and Kaia bag at your expense for a full program-price refund. Opened consumable products cannot be restocked. After your first order, returns are limited to unopened items within 30 days of delivery. Your first order has separate satisfaction-guarantee terms, including return requirements for the 3-Month Program. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us and we will make it right at no cost to you.

Email support@kaiarelief.com with your order number and a brief note about why you're returning the product. We respond within one business day, Monday through Friday. We'll reply with next steps, including the return shipping address if a return is required. No return is needed for first-order guarantee refunds except for the 3-Month Program, which requires returning unopened months 2 and 3, the heat pad and Kaia bag at your expense. We will confirm the next steps and process your refund after the applicable requirements are met.

Email us at support@kaiarelief.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a description of what’s wrong or missing. We’ll replace the missing or incorrect items immediately, at no cost to you. You don’t need to return anything.

Open your subscription portal and sign in with the email address used for your order and the login code sent to you. You can also use Subscriptions in your customer account. The portal lets you skip an order, reschedule, update your address or payment method, swap available products, or cancel.

You can skip or cancel any renewal before it is charged. There are no cancellation fees, minimum orders or phone calls required. Cancelling stops future renewals on both monthly and 3-Month plans; it does not automatically refund an order already processed, which will still ship. Your return rights still apply.

For an indefinite pause, email support@kaiarelief.com before your next charge. While paused, nothing ships and you are not charged. When you are ready to resume, we will confirm the restart date and remind you before billing resumes.

Monthly subscriptions save 10% against the same product’s one-time price. The 3-Month Program saves 20% against three of the same product or bundle at the one-time price. Subscription discounts are automatic and all subscription orders ship free.

Cramp Patch, Urinary Duo and Magnesium Body Cream follow the same rule, measured against the same quantity at the one-time price: monthly plans save 10%, and the every-3-months plans on Cramp Patch and Urinary Duo save 20%. Each product page shows the quantity, the exact charge and your saving in dollars before you add it to your cart.

The PMS Bundle’s one-time price is $52, saving $9 against Cycle System ($39) and Cramp Patch ($22) bought separately. Its subscription discounts are calculated from the $52 bundle price: $46.80 monthly, or $124.80 for three bundles delivered together every three months. Prices and totals are shown before you confirm.

One-time orders ship free at $45 or more; below $45, shipping is $8. Promotional codes combine with subscriptions only when the offer explicitly says so.

Cycle System and the PMS Bundle offer monthly subscriptions and a 3-Month Program. Urinary Duo offers 1 box every month or 3 boxes every 3 months. Cramp Patch offers 12 patches (2 pouches) every month or 18 patches (3 pouches) every 3 months. Magnesium Body Cream offers 1 jar every month. These product pages preselect a subscription; choose One-time before adding to cart if you prefer a single purchase.

Urinary Duo’s subscription options let you keep it on hand; its directions remain short-term use of up to seven consecutive days. The PMS Bundle includes one Cycle System box and one Cramp Patch pouch per set.

Monthly plans automatically renew, charge and ship every calendar month. The 3-Month Program automatically renews, charges and sends three sets together every three calendar months. Every-3-months subscriptions on Cramp Patch and Urinary Duo charge once, upfront, and ship the full quantity together every three calendar months. These are calendar months, not weeks or fixed day counts.

Renewals follow your first charge date: an order charged on the 16th renews on the 16th of the relevant month. If that month has fewer days, the charge falls on its last day. Your portal shows your next charge date. Your card is charged when the renewal order is processed; the statement reads Kaia Relief or Vivance Group LLC.

For Cycle System, receive three boxes together. For the PMS Bundle, receive three Cycle System boxes and three Cramp Patch pouches together: one box and one pouch for each month. You pay upfront for the shipment, not in three installments.

The program automatically renews and ships the same quantity every three calendar months until cancelled. Save 20% against three of the same product or bundle at the one-time price, with free shipping and a Welcome Kit on your first program shipment. Skip or cancel before the next charge.

The every-3-months subscriptions on Cramp Patch and Urinary Duo are not the 3-Month Program and do not include a Welcome Kit.

Yes. In the portal, you can swap between available products, change quantities, choose an available subscription frequency and update your shipping address. You can switch between monthly and the 3-Month Program; the change applies to your next unpaid renewal at the new plan’s price and quantity. Monthly has a 10% discount; the program has 20%. Review the new price, quantity and next charge date before confirming.

On Cramp Patch and Urinary Duo, monthly and every-3-months plans ship different quantities. To move between them, email support@kaiarelief.com and we will change the frequency and quantity together.

Make product and address changes at least 48 hours before your next charge so we can prepare your shipment. Inside that window, email support@kaiarelief.com; we will try to help, but cannot guarantee changes once an order is released. This preparation window does not change your right to skip or cancel before a renewal is charged.

Available one-time additions ship at their regular price; subscription discounts apply only to subscription items. There is no extra shipping when an addition ships with your subscription. If the product or plan you want is not shown, contact us for help.

We send an email 3 days before every renewal charge, showing the charge date, products, quantities and total including tax, with links to manage your order. This timing applies to both monthly plans and the 3-Month Program.

You can skip or cancel before the charge. Product and address changes have a separate deadline: at least 48 hours before the charge.

If a payment fails, we email you and retry over the following days. If it keeps failing, your subscription is paused and no further charges are made until you update your payment information. Cancelling stops pending retries immediately.

If your subscription price changes, we email you at least 30 days before the new price applies. You can change, pause or cancel before it takes effect.

Your first subscription order is covered by our 30-day satisfaction guarantee. For a first monthly order, we refund the product price, original shipping and tax without requiring a return. One money-back claim per customer, applied per shipping address and email address.

Subscription orders follow our Shipping & Returns policy. After your first order, unopened items in their original packaging with the outer seal intact can be returned within 30 days of delivery, less original shipping costs. Blister packs must not have been opened or pressed through; partial-use returns are not accepted. Damage, defects and shipping errors are handled at no cost to you.

Email support@kaiarelief.com with your order number to start a return. Approved refunds go to your original payment method within 3 business days of approval; banks typically take another 5–10 business days.

Absolutely. Cancelling does not delete your account or order history. You can reactivate through your subscription portal, or start a new subscription from a product page. There is no penalty for coming back. Review the current plan, price and next charge date before confirming.
