Cancelling a Kaia Relief subscription

Kaia Relief subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel.

Subscriptions are billed and shipped on the interval shown when you subscribe: every calendar month, or every three calendar months, on the date of your first charge. Every-three-months subscriptions are paid upfront and ship in a single delivery. The 3-Month Program is one upfront purchase covering three months, shipped in a single delivery, and renews every three calendar months at the same price. It is paid upfront, not in three installments.

You can cancel online at any time from your account at kaiarelief.com, under Subscriptions. There are no fees, no minimum number of orders, no phone call and no email to support required. Cancelling stops all future charges.

You can skip or cancel a renewal any time before it is charged. Product and shipping address changes must be made at least 48 hours before your next charge so we can prepare your shipment. Your next charge date is shown in your account.

Cancelling does not affect an order that has already been processed. For refunds on an order you have already received, see our return and refund policy.
