These were wonderful. I didn’t expect to get so many in the package. It is thin and easy to store in a purse or backpack. These work great for direct issues like back or menstrual cramps. I didn’t really even notice I had it on because it was so lightweight and thin. Lasted a while for comfort.

I get serious painful cramps. I put one on and I felt relief in just a couple minutes. Which usually never happens even with taking ibuprofen. I would strongly recommend these to anyone who suffers from painful cramps. They are super easy to apply. They stay on well. My only con is they are a bit small and I wish they covered a longer area. But they do make a difference. I began using it on Day 1 of my period which is my most painful and heaviest day. And it’s helped a lot

I wasn’t sure what to expect from this product at the beginning so just started taking it a week prior to my period start day and here is what I’ve noticed. I didn’t feel any cramps couple days prior and couple days into my period but what really impressed me was the change in my emotions. I tend to get irritated easy and being little extra on “those” days and this time around I was calm and happy so yeah definitely 5 stars! The ingredients are natural as well and easy to use.

I have regular uterine cramps so I was excited to try the Kaia Relief Cramp Patches. First, the package comes with 6 patches and they’re surprisingly big which I appreciate. The design on them is pretty and there doesn’t appear to be any weird or unnecessary ingredients. I put this on at bedtime. It sticks well and stayed in place all night. Unfortunately I didn’t notice any relief to my lower abdomen. I was hoping for a warming sensation but felt nothing. Also, removing the patch was a bit uncomfortable as it pulled out hair. I really like the idea of these and feel the brand is good but didn’t care for these patches.

This arrived just in time to save me from major cramps. The packaging is good and no strong odor. Would definitely recommend adding this to your monthly supplies

True smell alone is amazing. It did give some relief even in that aspect alone helped. I like that it was very thin and didn’t cause a reaction on my skin

Received three boxes , each with a fourteen day supply. So far I have used it for three days and I’ve noticed a slight change and bloating. I would like to try it for a longer period of time to be able to tell the difference.

I took this product twice a day (morning and night) during my menstrual cycle. TBH I can’t tell if it works. I had cramps during the day and took an additional morning pill. That seemed to help. However, anyone with cramps knows they come and go so the timing is questionable. The pills themselves are a bit large and the morning licorice-like flavor tends to sit in my throat. A note to product users, start a week BEFORE your period as the box instructs. This is my first cycle with the supplements and will update when it has been in my system longer.
